Senior QA Analyst

Your Role

The Senior QA Analyst will develop test strategies, define test cases, execute and automate tests and track test results across multiple client websites.

Team Fit

In this role you will become the second member of DOM’s Quality Assurance Team joining (and reporting to) the QA Lead.

Within your first year the QA team is projected to grow to include 5 Senior, Intermediate and Junior QA Analysts, all reporting to the QA Lead.

You will interact, and collaborate with, the Systems Administration Team, as well as Technical Team Leads and Business Unit Directors for specific clients/projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop testing strategies and write test plans and cases
  • Identify, analyze and document errors, questionable functions, and inconsistencies in website functions, online screens and content
  • Perform functionality, regression and integration testing
  • Document and track results
  • Select, Install and maintain testing software programs as needed
  • Develop and maintain an automated testing methodology and a test cases library
  • Collect metrics and report on various testing projects

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years QA experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience with QA on web applications
  • Experience with test automation and performance load testing
  • Experience with PHP, MySQL and/or OOD is an asset
  • Experience in online gaming is an asset

Formal Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Sciences/IT is an asset
