Business Development Manager
Your Role
The BD Manager will support the Director, who is responsible for overseeing a team of developers, designers, analysts, marketers, SEO specialists and writers optimizing lead generation websites for clients in multiple segments, including online poker. He/she will have a strong project management background, significant knowledge and experience in online poker and refined leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing content partnerships and broker new ones
- Develop business requirements for new website content and functionality
- Oversee project management for client websites including requirements definition/refinement, project plan creation and management, overseeing design/develop/test/launch cycle and overall project communications with multiple stakeholders
- Work with web conversion analysts and SEO specialists to develop roadmaps, set priorities and feed project funnel
- Work with online marketing team to plan and manage online campaigns
- Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum three (3) years' experience working as a project manager or BD manager in an online poker business. He/she will have documented success stories managing numerous projects concurrently with successful results and will be very familiar with what goes into operating a website, such as web analytics, SEO, content management, development, visual design and QA. He/she will also have a university degree or diploma and be highly motivated to succeed.

Additionally, each employee is given three weeks paid vacation to start, increasing to four weeks after two years of full-time employment. There are flex-time opportunities as well.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be enhanced by performance-based incentives.
