Account Coordinator
Your Role
The Account Management Department at DOM ensures the best possible promotions, landing pages and prices per lead are in place for our sites, and continually oversee and develop relationships with online poker room partners.
As Account Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the key functions of the Account Management Department.
Team Fit
The Account Coordinator works within the Account Management Department, consisting of 2 Team Leaders, 1 Account Manager and 3 Client Analysts.
In this role, you will report directly to the Account Management Team Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in maintaining and developing client relationships
- Prepare internal and client correspondence
- Coordinate client payments and support invoicing process
- Organize and create agendas for weekly internal and client meetings
- Assist with presentations and preparing client material
- Work with internal teams to execute projects and communicate client needs
- Communicate project status to clients
- Ensure deadlines are met, both internal and external
- Update meeting schedules, holiday requests and conference room bookings via the wiki/intranet
- Download and be comfortable with our top partners’ poker room client (and website) including the lobby, tournaments section and current promotions
- Work with poker room operators to create joint landing pages, co-branded mailers, play money campaigns and other promotions
- Stay in tune with the online poker market via print media, the web and communication with poker room brands
Professional Requirements
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Experience with account management or sales support functions an asset
- Experience with, or strong interest in, online marketing and the online gaming industry
- Proficient on the internet and with MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong relationship-building/customer service skills
- Strong relationship-building/customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines
- Active participation in online poker an asset (past or current)
Formal Requirements
- Post secondary degree or diploma (preferably in Marketing/Communication) is an asset
