Account and Brand Manager
Your Role
The Account Manager is responsible for negotiating sales, managing partner accounts and increasing online lead generation on our clients' sites. As a relationship manager, it will be your responsibility to develop existing partnerships with poker room accounts and forge new connections with emerging strong brands.
You will be creating strong promotions with online poker room partners as well as aiding partners in creating great landing pages and poker packages with the primary purpose of increasing the conversion rate on our sites. Part of this role involves collaborating with the Portal Director for site enhancements including small and large-scale projects and occasionally overseeing some projects directly in a project manager capacity.
The Account Manager role reports directly to the General Manager and works seamlessly with the Client Analysts and many other highly qualified colleagues within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts ensuring that the best possible promotions, landing pages and price per lead are in place on our sites
- Continually oversee and develop relationships with online poker room partners
- Negotiate new traffic deals
- Actively search for new partners and strong brands on the online poker room market
- Create joint landing pages and promotions
- Stay in tune with the online poker market via print media, the Web and communication with poker room brands
- Make sure that client portals receive correct payments and support invoicing process
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum two (2) years working experience with online media and a university degree. Strong documented success case as a manager or sales representative. This role is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of the game of poker and strong interest in the industry. Willingness to travel outside of the country (mainly to Europe) up to five times per year. Fluent in English is a plus.

Rewards
DOM provides an excellent benefits package which takes effect immediately upon starting employment. The package includes life, health and dental insurance as well as a $120 monthly travel allowance and $800 annually for fitness-related fees.
Additionally, each employee is given three weeks paid vacation to start, increasing to four weeks after two years of full-time employment. There are flex-time opportunities as well.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be enhanced by performance-based incentives.
